This mechanic shop is very proficient, and immaculate with their diagnoses and overall work. I have went thru Brad here for years, he is an honest and straight to the point person. This mechanic shop can cost more than others in town, but you get what you pay for.

Went in for oil change. They tried to up sale... Me on filters...waisted my time.

My car ac stopped working and now it is blowing cold air.

My last call was urgent as I needed my car towed and repaired ASAP. Again Honest-1 delivered. They towed my car, called me to let me know the problem and the cost to repair, and. They called me to let me know that my repairs were done and the courtesy car was on the way to pick me up to get my car - all before 12:00. Their customer service, prompt service and professionalism are exceptional. I highly recommend.!

The customer service at Honest-1 Auto Care in Daytona is tops. We stopped in today for a slow leak in a tire and even though they were swamped they made time for us anyway and were done in a flash. We've been going to Honest-1 for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. Always thorough, always fast, always friendly.

The under-engine splash shield kept hanging off & finally came all the way off while I was in the process of moving 1 recent Friday. Rich was really nice and fit me into the schedule that afternoon. The business was easy to find and was clean & comfortable. They took pictures to show me how a faulty bumper is installed after I had a car accident. Rich made sure I understood everything & gave me some options. I can't afford that kind of work right now so they fixed it with zip ties & got me back on the road in under an hour for <$50. I was pretty relieved how easy the whole experience was and would recommend them to anyone.

A great place! They really take care of my Chevy Impala 2013. I had a new rack and pinion put in, steering tie rods, and got an alignment for a very good price. Thank you Brad!
