The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service is always top notch and done in a timely manner. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Communication is excellent and they follow up with you before, during, and after the service. They have a nice, clean, and comfortable waiting area if you choose to wait. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention they have the best loyalty rewards program.

Love these guys. They are Firestone except just better in every way. They are faster, cheaper, and yet better quality. They will work with used parts and don’t try and lock you into expensive deals. All the guys at this location are good dudes kind and patient. The lobby waiting area is great. Nothing but great experiences so far!

Brought my 2003 Chevy Impala in to repair an oil leak and A/C diagnosis. Honest-1 did an awesome job... No more oil leak and the A/C is blowing ice cold! And they kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Thank you very much for the outstanding service!!!

Honest-1 definitely worked with me to get done what I needed to have done. I realized after I left that they had done 1 extra service that I didn't need to have done, but this was a misunderstanding 100% and I was still satisfied with the price. The first issue I had was that I was told I would have a loaner car if the vehicle was not repaired that day. At the end of the day it was not repaired and they told me that I would have the loaner the next morning. I waited all day and still had nothing. Finally the following day my car was completed and I picked it up. However, when driving home, my A/C did not work suddenly. I called and they asked if I wanted to bring the car back in to get it working again. I agreed and returned. When I arrived, I was quite ill from being in the extreme heat from my vehicle and sweating profusely. They immediately took in my vehicle, and SHOCKINGLY admitted that they had made a mistake during their testing and the A/C failure was their fault and they fixed it. They easily could have lied and I would have believed it, but in this case they lived up to their name, Honest. I know accidents happen and I don't know what else they could have done, but after getting so ill from the experience and being left believing that I would have a loaner car,, I felt everything was still lacking at the end. I do have to end with respecting the honesty of their mistake as well as working with me on the price, otherwise this would have been 1 star.

I came in for my AC not working, and of course, they are going to tell you what else you need fixed, and unfortunately, I couldn't cover all of that at the moment but they do care about your safety. They did help get me down to a good price to fix my evaporator core and also had someone come out and mow my lawn as a courtesy. Would definitely recommend them for your car needs.
