Only place I'll take my vehicles. I've been here quite a few times over the years, they are so friendly and knowledgeable, they always get me right in and keep me updated along the way, and a bonus the waiting area is clean and comfortable with tvs, drinks, snacks and a massage chair!

Place was clean, lots of free stuff in waiting room but I wasn't happy about markup. Needed special transmission fluid for my van that they had to order from dealer. 25 a quart, and then they tried to mark it up to 75 a quart for me. Absolutely ridiculous and when I challenged them on how obscene that was they didn't seem to think it was a big deal. So a 350 transmission fluid change to 800. O and of course to replace the drain plug and crush washer was 200 bucks. What a rip off, and it's about as difficult to do as an oil change. Very disappointing after reading such good reviews.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Honest-1 Auto. The staff was great. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable, but I didn't spend much time there are they provided a car service to take me home while I waited. I was kept informed through the day with updates on the progress on my car. They provided a comprehensive inspection report. I would definitely go back for auto service and highly recommend them.
