A huge thank you to Jameson and his team for getting us back on the road!! We are from Ohio and we were in Florida for a cheer competition; while on our way home my water pump went out. I dropped my car off at 5:00 and they had be back on the road by 11:30 the next morning and that was dealing with my warranty company!! Absolutely amazing!! Went above and beyond!!

Went to honest 1, my car wouldn't accelerate....the charged me $200 for the diagnostic without doing a single thing! Sent me home with $2500 to repair the car, I was so disappointed!!! A friend recommended Rich Wilkins in Holly Hill and ***boom*** he blessed me with a miracle and cleaned 2 spark plugs $30.00 Don't allow these people to RIP YOU OFF!!!!!(

Heather: It is NOT our policy to charge our customers for testing time if we do not perform any repairs on their vehicle. Furthermore, when we perform repairs for our clients we insist on repairing/correcting the root cause of their issue, rather than just addressing a minor symptom of the problem. "Cleaning spark plugs" is an example of a "band-aid" type fix, and I assure such a repair is not accepted in our industry at any reputable repair facility. I've searched our database for repair records with the names "Marie" and "Heather" going back an entire fiscal year and have been unable to locate a record in which we billed around $200 for testing without performing any repairs. Went in to have my car diagnosed. They had told me that there was a problem with the alternator and originally quoted me $1900 to replace it. When I mentioned that I got quoted for $650 they lowered the price to $1200. I went somewhere else and it turns out the alternator wasn’t the issue. This place was going to charge me an extreme price for a false problem. Avoid!

Nick, upon evaluation of your vehicle our master certified technician did identify that the alternator in your vehicle is overcharging your battery, which is why we made that recommendation. In some cases, an overcharging alternator can cause more problems than an undercharging one. Anytime a technician is attempting to identify the root cause of any electrical issue, the starting point is always battery/alternator. If those two components are not working as designed, it is impossible to single out any further electrical system issues with complete confidence. I went in on a Friday afternoon to have a headlight a tail they replaced. They took care of that and did a 19 point inspection at the same time very professional, very clean and very friendly.
