I went there thinking I had a way bigger problem than I thought and Jamison & Brighton was able to diagnose the actual issue and an extremely professional and rapid manner. I how to sit there in the lobby with my 2-year-old son and they even helped distract him with toys and coloring to help me out. Highly recommend this place👌🏻

I was kept in the loop with consistency and accuracy as they dealt with two of my vehicles in diagnosis and repairs needed for both. Communications were concise and informative via both verbal and text messaging from competent employees who represented themselves professionally and genuinely. For those reasons and the end performance of my two very different models they worked on, I gave them 5 stars. This was my first time using Honest 1 so I took an honest chance on an unknown. They earned and have my trust.

This is a very reputable company. I have nothing but good to say about these men. They are very courteous n respectful. They took me in n made me feel at home. Worked on my car n never once tried to mislead me into thinking it's something else. Very honest just like their name states. I bought my car used in Palatka Fl n will never take it back there. What a pleasant experience to have your oil changed. I enjoyed the video games and the chair that is in the lounge was wonderful. It was like a spa experience, all while my car was being well taken care of. Thank you!

Initially I was not very happy, but then things changed and Brad the manager, showed me just how honest they are. Initially they thought there would be a $1000 repair on my care. But once they got there to put the part on they discovered it was nothing but a loose cable . So they cleaned and repaired it and told me there was absolutely no charge. That they had not put the Alternator on and all they had to do to fix it was that the nut and bolt back on the cable. They could have said they put the alternator on, knowing they didn't, And charge me for it, But they didn't. They were honest and told me, and didn't charge me anythit was much appreciated it was an unexpected charge on my way through town when my car broke down but if I've never in the need and I'm around Daytona I'll take my car to them to be serviced. Again thank you Brad And the service guys there

I took my car in with several concerns. Mainly the brakes. These people are honest just like their name. They took apart my wheels checked both my brake pads and u joints, filled my tires, filled all the auto fluids, and checked my headlights. Oh and shuttled me back and forth to my house. When they didn't find any problems that needed repairs they did NOT charge me one penny. I've always taken my car to the Lexus dealership and I can tell you that for this kind of service it would have been hundreds of dollars. These guys are the greatest. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing service. They also had computer access to my records from the dealership so they knew what the car records were. Can't say enough nice things. I will be back when I need my next service

Honest-1 lives up to their name! I got there after 5pm. JW and Adam were so welcoming. I showed JW what was wrong with my tire and within minutes Jameson was taking my car to be patched! They were so generous and didn’t accept payment! I will definitely be taking my car back if I need repairs!

After two full days of driving on I-10 and I-95, we rolled into Daytona Beach with some serious problems with the brakes on our F-150. Our plan was to pickup a new travel trailer and immediately tow it back to central Texas. Obviously, that wasn’t going to happen with bad brakes. We contacted Jamison and the crew at H1 Auto Service. They performed some diagnostics, identified the issues, fixed the issues and got us back on the road the same day. They did a great job. Jamison told us the truck would like it did the first day we drove it off the dealer’s lot. He was right. The vehicle handles well and we are safely towing our new camper back home with full confidence that the promises made by Honest-1 will be met and we will get many miles and years out of our new brakes.
