Went in to get an oil change in the morning and made an appt for 2pm same day and was out within the hour. They rotated my tires and filled up the air in my tires and checked to make sure nothing was needed on my car. Thank you for the quick and professional work that was done! We are in Florida for the winter and needed our Jeep repaired. Honest 1 did a fantastic job. They quoted the job and the final bill was as quoted. We would use them again for repairs.

They need to change name from Honest-1 to "Honest NOT". I had them do a bumper to bumper check up and I think they just put it on the hoist and took photos. They missed leaking calipers and a wheel bearing that should of been obvious. I was fortunate that when I had new tires installed at Discount Tire they noticed the faulting bearing hub assembly. I asked Honest-1 for a quote and I was given a price of almost $800 for parts and labor. $402 for the part which I picked up from AutoZone for under $150. So they tried to make over $250 just on the part! Really? They were going to charge about $350 for labor for which I had a reputable repair shop nearby do for $105. So all in all they were going to over charge me $550 for one repair that they missed on their own "thorough" inspection.
