I had the business rebuild my differential & about 1 week later I heard a noise called them they told me to bring it back someone name John test drove it & said the noise was coming from inside the brake drum not the differential & kinda push me out the door as if they got my $1300.00 dollars & not interested in solving the problem cause they had to remove the entire rear brake system to replace the axle shafts so that left a bad taste in my mouth now the contact person I been dealing with was Brad he was very professional thru out the repairs but I feel like they had no intrest in finding out the problem now that they got my $1300.00 so now I'm gonna have to pay another shop to get to the bottom of the problem & I'm sure it's something created by honest 1 so needless to say they won't get anymore of my money Honest 1 looked at my review & Brad professional reached out to me fully willing to resolve my issue he was courtesy about the issue and we agreed on settleing the issue I'm a satisfied customer & I can appreciate honest 1 willing to make things right I returned to honest 1 to make things right with issues I had & I must say I'm impressed I waited on my truck this time & took a good look at the facility the place is well organized very clean especially the bathroom WOW Brad handled the situation very professionally he was kind polite & a good attitude I will highly recommend honest 1 to all the people I know & people I don't know keep up the good work & I will be using u guys in the future!

I appreciate Honest 1. Their name is exactly what it means. I know nothing about vehicles and I have never felt like a target upon walking in. I appreciate their incentives as well as a follow up phone call. I will ALWAYS use Honest1

I had my brakes replaced here after finding some issues with my car. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was an issue ordering the parts required which required a little bit of a delay but the staff were very helpful in communicating each step of the process to me so I was never left out of the loop. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

I really love honest one auto care there are very patient with you very respectful people that work in this facilities.Being the kind of person that I am, I am very picky about who I let work on my vehicle and I trust them guys 100% .Brad is it awesome person to Have a conversation with they explain it to you and I also like they send you an email updates on things that might need work in the future. Bathroom is always clean. Coffee ,water and snacks while you wait or they have a vehicle to offer you a ride home and will pick you up when your vehicle is ready .An also the have a service call Snap finance, that you can use so you don’t have to pay large sums of money at one time. I’ll recommend anyone to go here, they have my vote.

Saturday morning I had my trunk latch fixed. I figured it would take about 1 hour or so, but it was completed in 20 minutes! Very pleased. I have read reviews saying that they were pricey. My thought is can you really put a price on your safety?
