Out of all the shops I've been to in GA & FL, Honest Auto in South Daytona has been the best experience. Brad has helped me the first couple of visits, George on the latest. Even received a follow up call from JW after I got my car back! I live close to a litany of auto shops but I'll go the distance to Honest Auto just to get their customer care. (But hopefully I won't have to lol) Thank you guys for your service and promptness!!!!

Thank you Brad. You said what you do and you did what you said. The plastic undercover on my car was falling off. I called Brad to ask him how much it would cost to reattach it. Brad asked me to come in to the shop because it would be difficult to say over the phone. At the shop, to my great surprise, the shop crew took my car in and reattached the engine undercover. Since it was a minor task, he opted for not charging me for it. All the while, he was courteous. To other businesses, use this as an example to grow your business because from now on, I will come back to this store for all my car needs after this nice gesture.
