Epic level customer service! These guys have renewed my faith that excellent service is still possible to find! I needed for new tires on my 2018 Audi Q5 the dealership wasn’t helpful at all. I saw all of the positive reviews on line for Honest 1 and called. They were educational, informative, responsive and attentive. They offered shuttle service even during rush hour and even went with the flow of my cell network being down. I’m so grateful to them. Everyone there is so genuinely nice and conscientious there’s none of that feeling of being hustled or pressured for things you don’t need. Professional and did a fantastic job

we live in Maryland . our son is in college in Datona Beach Florida. We needed work done on his car and we chose Honest Auto to preform the repairs. A few months later a part broke and left our son stranded on the road. He called home. Well here we were in Maryland 1500 miles away. What could we do???? We called honest auto. It was 9 pm on a Saturday. Thought for sure there would be no help. Low and behold they have an emergency number. We called and sure enough someone was there. They emediatly got into action. Had a towing company right out there. They paid for the tow. They got nim home. They did the repair at no charge and communicated with us in Maryland. The care they took to help use was outstanding. My wife and I truly sleep better knowing that Honest Auto has our back and really came through in a time of need. Thank you. Thank you Thank you......

The crew working on Saturday 1/25 couldn't have been more professional when I came in with car trouble. I could tell by the way that they interacted with other customers in person AND on the phone, that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their service. I can honestly say I've never been treated so nice and with such respect as I was by Brad. Brad explained everything to me and described what needed to be done. I never felt taken advantage of or charged an inappropriate amount. They finished an extensive job in the time they told me, and I couldn't be more grateful that I chose to go into your shop. I only did because of the good reviews on line. Thank you for a great experience!
