I got my vehicle towed to honest one 2 days after the hurricane, already knowing the issue was my starter, they quoted me $994 for the part and labor, that's almost what my cars worth, needless to say I got it towed elsewhere and they fixed it replacing it with a brand new part and did a great job only charging me $497..my advice would be to definitely call around before settling!!!

So.. after getting the same sensor replaced twice by another company and the same issue happening..I decided to get a second opinion @ Honest-1..man do I wish they would have been my 1st opinion!!! They found that the issue was that the sensor wasn’t properly put in by the last place!! So they recommended me taking it back to the first place and have them fix the screw and now the car runs like brand new!!! They are very honest and I appreciate them very much!! Being a woman walking into these places is nerve racking enough, but they made me feel comfortable and were up front with me and honest! I’m so happy that I have found my new auto care team for life!! Thank you guys for all that you do :)

Expensive, Do not know how to change a headlight bulb on a Ram truck

You wanted a price in the parking lot while we were busy with customers who had appointments and had their cars in the shop before you. Our advisors do not have an encyclopedia of every repair on every vehicle ever built in our heads. Our technicians know how to fix anything on almost any car but you were in such a hurry to get your truck estimated and moved to the front of the line ahead of other customers that made appointments. We offer a free shuttle so customers can drop their vehicles off so a job does not have to rushed and so customers that make appointments and drop their cars off before you get their cars worked on in the appropriate order. Before you disparage a business in our community, think about others and stop being so selfish. Your time is not more valuable than any other person in this community.

I am a disabled senior-stopped by to get an estimate. The tech was rude and condescending. He wanted to charge me $180 for a 15 min job! This place is NOT honest or senior friendly stay away.

Sir. We honor our senior citizens here. About half or our customers are seniors. I am 62 myself. The tech you talked to was not rude or condescending. You came into the lot late in the day and asked us all to stop helping other customers so we could cater to your needs immediately. You requested a quote to change a part on your car that YOU were supplying. We cannot quote a job in the parking lot on a 20 year old Volvo that we have never seen. We do not have a parts encyclopedia in our heads to quote every part ever made. We gave you a guess or estimate. They call it an estimate for a reason. Next time you demand service from a business establishment, I ask you to remember when you were working and how hard people have to work today. Good luck with car repairs in the future.

This place is amazing. My son is going to school in Daytona and his starter went out. They were very helpful and got the repair done quickly. Will return if we need any more repairs.

Wow! Totally amazed with such great service. Friend recommended and I will do the same. Excellent customer service ( patient/friendly, knowledgeable, HONEST, quick to reply via text, and profieñt!).
