We have used Honest 1 on numerous occasions. We get our oil changes and basic maintenance with them. I have had my A/C repaired and just a few days ago a transmission service. Price is fair , customer service is excellent. My husband is a mechanic but travels alot so this speaks volumes that he trusts Brad and his team to work on our vehicle. They keep you updated through out the day on status and at the end of your service get a really nice report and also pictures. Thanks Brad.

They did a great job changing the oil and replacing the breaks on my 2008 Chevy HHR. The only thing I will say is that the cost for the service was too high but they did a fantastic job!

I am impressed with the honesty they provided me this morning (7/21/22) They promptly identified the problem and had me on the road in under 5 minutes. No charge! Who could ask for more? 👍👍👍👍👍

On 7/19/22, I brought my vehicle to Honest-1 for a hood latch that was stuck (hood wouldn’t open). I assumed it was going to take several hours to complete and cost a few hundred dollars. Immediately after checking in, the staff offered me a shuttle ride to anywhere I needed to go, and before I could even take them up on the ride they had already troubleshot and fixed my issue (ceased latch; required lubrication). They even offered me coffee and donuts before I left after my short visit! This is superb customer service, and I will be recommending them to all of my network in the future for auto care needs. Nicely done, Honest-1!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was super nice, they were very efficient, and did an excellent job. Very thankful!

I had a diagnostics check done on my car and paid about $200.00 for them to misdiagnose the issue with my car. And was told it would cost over $1000.00 to fix I took my car to a Ford dealership to find out it was a simple fix and paid way less. I will never recommend anyone take their car to Honest 1 Auto unless you like getting ripped off. I am seriously upset about the money I paid them. Honest shouldn't be part of their name.

I visited the facilities to install some light bulbs. JW advisor received me with kindness and respect. James the technician took it upon himself to get the job done and was prompt and respectful. The atmosphere in the premises was pleasant. I recommend this place and I give it 5 stars
