You get what you pay for. H1 is a bit pricey but they know what they’re doing. Shaun is an excellent mechanic and always does things the right way. Place is clean, staff is friendly, they provide a shuttle service.

I brought my car here early morning and they got it looked at and finished in the same day. They were very nice and fixed what needed to be fixed. The staff is super nice.

We have brought our car to Honest-1 Auto Care a few times and have had a great experience every time. Not only do they do good work, they also have great customer service and will make a situation right if they need to. The technicians are always courteous, and there are snacks in the waiting area as well as a play center, which my kids loved. We will continue to bring our car to them!

I have a VW Atlas and brought it to Honest 1 Auto shop by recommendation from Carmax to get my oil changed. The first time, everything was great and we were in and out in 45 mins. The next time, I expected the wait to to be about the same but ended up waiting over an hour and a half with my kids and no word from them as to why or when it would be done. The guys working tried to make up for it by giving us a discount, but when I got home I realized that they didn’t even fill my windshield wiper fluid. That was small enough and with the discount last time, I thought we’d go back one more time for an oil change - scheduled for today at 8 am..... and my husband is still there with my car 2.5 hours later. Very unprofessional to make people wait that long for an OIL CHANGE. We will not be coming back here and I suggest that you don’t either unless you don’t mind waiting forever and not even getting a complete job.

When I was in a time crunch they were able to get me in the same day and fix my A/C within a couple hours. While they have a shuttle to take customers home I found the lobby cool and comfy. They're located close to many restaurants so I was also able to take a short walk to get food. When my car was diagnosed someone walked me through where the problem was and how it could have occured. The prices for repair and replacement were fair and reasonable as well. In the end I was given information on the warranty they offered, which was an unexpected bonus! Overall great experience, I will return if my Corvette has any other issues.

These guys saved my family vacation! I had just bought a used car and was in the Daytona area with my family when the AC compressor blew out with it 95 degrees outside. I took the car to Honest-1 Auto Care, where they were very professional and even called Carmax and had them cover the repair fully under warranty, so no cost to me. They had the compressor there within an hour at the end of the day and had it fixed fully early the next morning. I am grateful for the professionalism and customer service these guys provided.
