I’ve been using Honest1 for several years. Even after finding a problem after leaving I returned and problem solved immediately. I’ll be back.

Went in to have my car diagnosed. They had told me that there was a problem with the alternator and originally quoted me $1900 to replace it. When I mentioned that I got quoted for $650 they lowered the price to $1200. I went somewhere else and it turns out the alternator wasn’t the issue. This place was going to charge me an extreme price for a false problem. Avoid!

It is completely refreshing that a repair shop (Honest-1 Auto Care) would take the time to make sure that no matter what, the issue that my vehicle was brought to them to fix, was completely fixed with 100% Satisfaction. Many people every day goto a mechanic for a repair and the mechanic takes advantage of those people by creating a rabbit hole of additional repairs costing the consumer thousands of dollars and taking total advantage of the customer. I went in on a Friday afternoon to have a headlight a tail they replaced. They took care of that and did a 19 point inspection at the same time very professional, very clean and very friendly.

I have NOT had a repair done here, but eventually I will (and I will update my review then) and here is why: 1) They are willing/able to do the big scary jobs no one else will do, like rear end differential rebuilds or replacement, or rear end seal replacements (which requires removal of the transmission). 2) if you actually do not need the big costly repairs, they won't sell it to you. They pay close attention to detail during diagnostics & they physically show you and explain the problem. 3) the waiting area is really nice. There's snacks and various forms of entertainment, with a camera monitor to look into the garage if desired. The quote for the issue is a little higher than what my car lot says it should be BUT I'm pretty sure that includes a warranty on the repair. I also saw you get a complimentary vehicle inspection with every repair, which is priced $75 elsewhere. So to me, it seems worth it. My car lot is covering the repairs for now, but like I said, once they are no longer doing that I will definitely be giving my business here!

Great service! They even shuttled me to and from work.

I have never been to a facility for an oil change like Honest-1. I was able to work while I waited with free wifi and a comfortable desk area. The service is like it's name. Thank you Honest-1 Team!!!

I think they should change their name, because it is overpriced for any mechanic work! I will never go there again!
