Brad was very knowledgeable and friendly! Brought my car in for a brake check and oil change, they went above and beyond in service. They had to replace a few things (rotor, brake pads, air filter) and did an excellent job - my car is running smoothly. Best of all they did it in one day!

They were very clean and professional also very honest about what needed to get done. Their prices are extremely Fair the extraordinary amount of work that they do. I now have found my new in permanent mechanic shop for all my Automotive needs. I highly recommend this auto shop for any and all your mechanical needs. I’m a snowbird and my car would not go into park or any other gear on a Sunday morning no less. I had heard about Honest 1 and thought I would give them a try. I got on their website and clicked on make an appointment. Thinking I wouldn’t hear from until Monday I just cooled my heels. Low and behold, they got back to me in less than two hours...on Sunday! In my next email I mentioned that the car would need to be towed. They replied with the number of the tow service that they us and I called. They lady was very nice and informative. She said it would be at least an hour before any of the drivers would in from previous jobs. In 1 hour and 20 minutes the driver was here and had my car on the roll back. I was told they would call when they found the problem. Brad called and reported that the shifter cable had broken. He gave the price and about when it would be done. In less than 22 hours total I had my car back.......with a 36/36 warranty!! Just a tremendous experience from start to finish! I would give more stars if I could! My go to garage when I’m in town. Thanks Brad !

Update on 3/12/20: Still great service and reasonable prices. Brad is a great guy who always explains what's going on and why. Love the free coffee, water, and snacks! Always pleasant to deal with, quick work, and honest people. Offered me a student discount when it looked like my car needed considerable work. Never had a bad experience here.

Brad at the front of house was very nice, and shuttle service was a plus! Coffee for me, and snacks and a movie for the kids.

The service I receive is why I take all of my vehicles here.
