We're from East Coast Canada, down here for the winter. Had my tires rotated and balanced at Costco. The said there was some indication of mechanical or alignment wear and recommended to have the alignment inspected. Checked with some folks locally; Honest - 1 was highly recommended. Right from my initial inquiry phone call, Brad was totally focused on my customer experience. Got an appointment for the next day. They checked out my car (check ride & diagnostics) and explained the alignment issues were not sufficiently significant to warrant an alignment. Tires would be required in a few months, and at that time, when back home, suspension should be checked and an alignment done with new tires. In & out in less than an hour and no charge! One of the folks I checked with here said "Don't go anywhere else, for anything for your car; Honest - 1 Daytona is the best." Good advice - I agree 100%. Thanks Brad & staff. I'll be back.

So I decided to come into honest one after calling them to get a second opinion on some work I needed done to my car. I needed a new starter and after speaking to Rich on the phone, his knowledge about my vehicle, professionalism and the above and beyond approach he showed in addressing my situation proved nothing short of top notch. After arriving I quickly decided that my second opinion would be my first choice when deciding where to have the work performed. Technician Rich was friendly and patient while giving expert advice answering all of my questions not only accurately but honest. There was no pressure to repair things that didnt need repairing and no delaying when it came time to perform them. My vehicle was serviced quickly, correctly and was not surprised by any part of the process as I was given courtesy phone calls making me aware of any possible changes in time or cost ahead of time and allowing me to decide on choosing to allow further repairs to be performed or to wait until next visit. All with no pressure or sales tactics. Thanks Honest 1 for doing excellent work! Thanks to Rich as well for going the extra mile and providing exemplary customer service!!!

Called the South Daytona office with a simple fix for some headlight issues. I didn't have an appointment and they told me to just swing by. Jeff and Brad finished with the customers they were attending to and quickly resolved my issue with a tool I did not personally own, but needed. Asked them how much and they didn't even miss a beat..."nah, we're not charging you for that. Enjoy your weekend!" Very refreshing! I will definitely continue to support their business after that experience alone. Thank you!!

When you purchase a used vehicle, it is always a guessing game as to how well the previous owner maintained it. It's great to have a shop with friendly staff. People who explain in plain English the who, what, why, and where. Being retired, I need to keep on a budget. There was no upsell or games, just accurate estimates and options. AND most importantly, I came away satisfied that the work was done correctly for a reasonable price. Bottom line... It's a good shop, with decent people.
