I had my car dropped off at your garage by a AAA authorized tow truck operator. I had not previously made any arrangements since this was an emergency. We talked by phone the next day. You made the needed repairs and sent your car to my residence and took me to your garage to pick up my repaired vehicle. You took a huge load off my back with a helpful attitude, without any fuss.

Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and transmission service. They told me it may take a few days to get my car back to me because of the transmission service, but that was a lie! They got it done in a few hours. So if you consider exceeding expectations a lie, maybe they’re not so honest! They also sent me a report (with photos) of every inch of my car they looked over for me and provided a list of recommend maintenance for things that I can expect to need in the future! It’s obvious they hold themselves to a very high standard and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Put my car on the lift and jammed front struts when bringing it back down. Claimed that doesn't happen, took it down the street to another shop and they instantly said that's what happened. Can't recommend.

I went in not knowing what to expect. But everyone was friendly and helpful. They fixed the air conditioner in my 2007 Camry. Its nice to have air-conditioning again. I’ll give them five stars and I recommend this place to anybody. I am a female and when I was in my late teens early 20s I had an engine stolen out of my car. So I never trusted going anywhere to get my car fixed again. But I would highly recommend this place

The dealership told me I needed to replace my entire engine (11K). I have a warranty, so I would only have to pay a portion, but it was still astronomical. I went to HONEST-1 & they told me what the problem was. They literally saved me 2k! After that was diagnosed, I had them to fix the brakes, align the wheels and change the oil. I ended up saving a day on my rental because they did it so quickly & all of those services for a very affordable rate. The communication via text and call as they performed the job was great.
