It looks like they have a well oiled (pun intended) operation. "Professional" is the word that comes to mind. I sat in the waiting room and could not help but observe how they treated their customers, whether on the phone or in person. They seem like honest good people to me. By the way, the waiting area is really nice. Not the stereotypical greasy and dirty and tiny waiting room you would get at a lot of auto shops.

These people are phenomenal. On vacation, had a flat and they did everything to could to help! Very polite. I can relate to someone else's comment here that they are probably the best in Florida!

I can not say enough good things about Honest 1 Auto care. Our AC went out an hour after we crossed the Florida state line and we were facing a possible week with no AC! JW was able to get us in right away with no problems to get repairs done. Chad was extremely helpful to make sure our repairs were covered under our warranty with CarMax and made the whole process smooth and easy. We appreciated Mark shuttling us to get some lunch while we waited and take us around town. The repairs were done right on time and my kids enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks while we waited! JW even called back the next day to make sure we were doing good and all repairs were satisfactory. I have never worked with such a reliable, honest and efficient repair shop before and I wish you all had a location in TN!!!! Thank you for being so wonderful and saving ourselves from the sweltering Florida heat!!! Highly, highly recommended this place a million times!!!!

From the moment they answer your phone call, to the final time they hand back the keys to your now-upgraded vehicle (which you will fall in love with again after what they do to it), this place is the epitome of class and professionalism. Chad has a knack for customer service and cutting deals (honest deals - the kind that actually save you a few bucks, not the kind where they overcharge $1000 then claim to save you $950). Brad and JW are also awesome team members, JW especially. I don’t know too many people with the patience to wait 10 minutes while the car rental place can’t decide whether to honor the deal they promised me or not, and then wait an additional 5 minutes while I make sure I didn’t lose my house keys,!AND THEN HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED! Long story short(er than it could’ve been), these guys have professional work ethic, professional customer service, professional attitudes, professional quality work (arguably the most important part), a GORGEOUS storefront where you can wait if you don’t have a ride, and they offer so many snacks and ice cold waters, on top of offering rides to rental car locations if that’s in your budget. Bottom line - these guys have made a loyal customer out of me for as long as I live in florida within an hour or so. This was my first experience with them, and the last ship I went to told me my air conditioning would be $2000 to rebuild. These guys got me relaxing in ice cold AC, with an oil change, new transmission fluid, and a few other small tune ups for right around $400. Take it from me - you want honest, hard workers who won’t try to scam you ? The rare type of auto shop that gambles on doing the right thing and hoping customers take notice ? Well this is that shop. Next time you have car troubles, give it a shot. You’ll be glad you did.

They took the time of explaining what was needed to be serviced so that you understood. I liked that a lot.

I do NOT recommend. Like a lot of other chain car places they only care about making money, not helping a customer out. I called and made an appointment to get a quote to get my ac fixed and my oil changed. I told them what was wrong with my ac, because I’ve had it checked out and quoted elsewhere, and told them my previous quote. I just wanted to know how much it would be to have the parts I knew needed to be replaced replaced. One guy showed me a model of an ac and said it’s probably not all of the parts that need to be replaced bc it’s usually one or the other. So an hour after I had been waiting they come out to say ok the oil is changed, but we’ll get started on the ac now, then 20 more minutes come out to say oh we need to run a test to see what’s wrong exactly, that’ll be $139+ tax. So I did agree expecting it to be like the guy said, not both parts, meaning it would be significantly cheaper and the $139 would be worth the difference. Well then an hour later they come out to tell me it is exactly what I already knew and told them and quoted me $500 more than the quote I had already gotten. They charged me for a recharge of my ac when I told them one of the issues was that it was no longer holding a charge. Then they said oh maybe I can talk to my boss and If you choose to get it done by us we can bring the price down a little. I understand they’re only in it for the money but it’s nice to occasionally come across good people and this is not one of those instances nor is this the business you’ll find them at. Needless to say I will not be back, I will not recommend and hopefully this review can help someone else.
