I do NOT recommend. Like a lot of other chain car places they only care about making money, not helping a customer out. I called and made an appointment to get a quote to get my ac fixed and my oil changed. I told them what was wrong with my ac, because I’ve had it checked out and quoted elsewhere, and told them my previous quote. I just wanted to know how much it would be to have the parts I knew needed to be replaced replaced. One guy showed me a model of an ac and said it’s probably not all of the parts that need to be replaced bc it’s usually one or the other. So an hour after I had been waiting they come out to say ok the oil is changed, but we’ll get started on the ac now, then 20 more minutes come out to say oh we need to run a test to see what’s wrong exactly, that’ll be $139+ tax. So I did agree expecting it to be like the guy said, not both parts, meaning it would be significantly cheaper and the $139 would be worth the difference. Well then an hour later they come out to tell me it is exactly what I already knew and told them and quoted me $500 more than the quote I had already gotten. They charged me for a recharge of my ac when I told them one of the issues was that it was no longer holding a charge. Then they said oh maybe I can talk to my boss and If you choose to get it done by us we can bring the price down a little. I understand they’re only in it for the money but it’s nice to occasionally come across good people and this is not one of those instances nor is this the business you’ll find them at. Needless to say I will not be back, I will not recommend and hopefully this review can help someone else.

Honest-1 always does a good job and are clear in what your vehicle needs and when it should be done. We were heading out on a long road trip so I decided to do all of the brakes instead of just the front that needed immediate work. Their information that the rear brakes were due a bit further down the line helped me determine that I preferred to do all at this time. Great advice and great service!

I went to get my water pump replaced for my 2010 Chrysler 300 2.5l they say it would be 2500 for the water pump replacement after they diagnosed it I decided not to get it fixed with them and come to find out it was my thermostat housing I mean try at ur own risk they didn’t even try with my car at all but I do refer tech auto on segrave they will show you the what’s going on with your car and breaks down physically what the engines doing .

Recommend them 0% they are rude to my girl they towed my girl she did not need a alignment which she does it pulls to the right so how you going to tell us it did not need a alignment . ..

If you had an issue with an alignment after you had your vehicle towed into a shop, it could be that the tow truck operator somehow caused the alignment to be out when they towed the vehicle. Ok

Got my air conditioning looked at several weeks ago. Upon leaving my appointment I didn’t open my glove compartment to notice that the compartment was not put back in condition that I brought it to this establishment in . I opened it and it literally fell to the ground making everything in there hit the floor . I called immediately after realizing this and was told to come back . Came back and got everything squared away thanks to Brad !!!! I appreciate your help and understanding throughout that little hiccup!

I am sorry for the inconvenience We are more than happy to get you the parts for the glove box to hold it up. I will find them and ship them directly to you if you like or send a tech to put them in for you. I am very sorry someone put you off. That is not what we practice here and I will not accept this behavior. Sorry again.

Can't say enough good things about the honest, great service we recieved. Joe was so honest and knowledgeable. We had our transmission serviced in Pensacola so we would not have problems on our trip. Shortly after arriving in Daytona the transmission went out. We had the truck towed to Daytona Auto and Monday morning explained our situation to Joe that we thought a wrong part was put in in Pensacola. Joe fixed the transmission, returned incorrect parts to us to show the other place after we got back and even talked to them on the phone to explain things so we could be reimbursed for the work. Also, very reasonable price and fixed in only a few days!!!! Thank you so much!!
